Hook Rewards

Eligibility: The Reward Program (“Program”) is open to customers of Hook Outlet who are legal residents of California, age 21+ or 18+ with a valid medical recommendation.

Opt-In: Customers may opt into the Program by signing up in store with a valid email and phone number. Students may be eligible for double rewards (4%) by presenting a valid and current Student Photo ID. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Students: Students who present their valid photo Student ID each time upon redemption of points will be awarded double points (4% credit back for each purchase). Student ID must be valid, not expired and have the same name as the customer and a photo.

Store Credit Rewards: Participants will earn 2% back in the form of store credit on all qualifying purchases made at Hook Outlet. Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value. 2 points are earned for every $1 spent. Points have a value of $0.01 in store credit.

Qualifying Purchases: Rewards are applicable to regular and sale-priced merchandise. Exclusions may include gift cards, taxes, shipping and handling, and any other exclusions as determined by Hook Outlet.

Redemption: Store credit earned through the Program may be redeemed for future purchases at Hook Outlet. Prior to redemption, customers must provide a valid phone number and email address. A minimum store credit balance of $1 is required for redemption. Store credit cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.

Account Maintenance: Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated contact information, including a valid phone number and email address, associated with their rewards account.

Termination: Hook Outlet reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Rewards Program or individual accounts if there is any suspicion of fraudulent behavior or misconduct.

Changes to the Program: Hook Outlet may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability: Hook Outlet is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the Program or the use of store credit, except where required by law.

Governing Law: The Program and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of Hook Outlet.
