Santa Cruz Shop FAQs

  • Browse the live menu, place your pre-order, and we'll set your items aside — your order is locked in until the end of the day, so swing by any time before 9pm. It's a pre-order, not express pickup. Please order under your government name (as seen on your ID) so we can match it at the counter.

  • Cash or Aeropay at pickup, and there's an ATM on site.

  • Not currently — but pre-orders make pickup easy: order ahead and your items are waiting at 1129 Mission St.

  • Yes — every order earns 2% back in store credit, redeemable at all three locations, and students with valid ID earn double. Join Hook Rewards →

  • California allows 1 ounce of flower and 8 grams of concentrates per day for recreational guests, and 8 ounces of flower for medical patients. Menu prices exclude tax — state and excise tax are added at checkout.

  • Per local regulations, no one under 19 is permitted on the premises. We serve medical patients aged 19–20 on weekdays after 4:35pm, and all day on weekends, national holidays, and scheduled school breaks.

  • Round up your change at pickup and it goes to WAMM Phytotherapies, providing free and sliding-scale cannabis to patients with cancer, AIDS, MS, pediatric epilepsy, and more. 🌿
